Some Petwise360 features use artificial intelligence, for example reading a vet document you photograph, extracting food details, or surfacing trends and insights. This page explains how that works and what AI output is, and is not, good for. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who provides the AI

In the app and on our pricing page these features are sold as the Intelligence & Automation Pack — whatever the product name, the features it contains use artificial intelligence services, and this page is the plain-English disclosure of that.

Petwise360 may use artificial intelligence service providers, including Anthropic, to provide, support, improve, or enable certain app features. When you use features that rely on AI, information you provide through the Service may be sent to Anthropic or another AI service provider as necessary to generate responses, process requests, analyze information, or provide the relevant feature.

We use reasonable efforts to limit the information shared with AI providers to what is necessary for the relevant service or feature. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. What you should not submit

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information through AI-enabled features. For example, when photographing a vet document, the pet health details are what the feature needs; it does not need documents containing financial or government identification details.

3. Your decisions

For pet health, treatment, medication, diet, emergency, or safety decisions, consult a qualified veterinarian or appropriate professional. Always check AI-extracted records against the original document or packaging before relying on them. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the Service.
