Fair Use Policy

Petwise360's prices are deliberately tiny, and this policy is how we keep them that way. The deal is simple: use the Service like a household, and the limits will never bother you. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and works alongside the Subscription Terms.
1. Personal, household use
Petwise360 plans are for personal, non-commercial use by you and your household. Breeders, boarders, groomers, veterinary practices, shelters, and other organizations caring for animals commercially or at scale are wonderful — but consumer plans are not built or priced for them. If that's you, contact support@petwise360.com and we'll talk about what would work.
2. The generous ceilings
- Pets: up to 30 per household (Single and Family).
- People: up to 30 members on a Family plan.
- Smart actions: the Intelligence & Automation Pack includes a monthly allowance of smart actions, shown at checkout. Every smart action costs us real computing money — the allowance is what keeps the Pack at its price.
- Storage: photos and documents up to roughly 10 GB per household before we get in touch — a very large family album's worth.
- GPS sessions: tracked activities are for walks, runs, and adventures; unusually long recording sessions may be ended automatically.
3. What isn't fair use
- Reselling access, sharing one account across unrelated households, or operating a business on consumer plans.
- Automated or scripted access, scraping, or bulk-downloading beyond your own data export.
- Circumventing plan limits, allowances, or security measures.
- Storing content unrelated to your pets' care.
4. How we enforce it — the humane ladder
We will never silently delete your data over a fair-use question. If something looks off:
- We contact you first and explain what we're seeing.
- We may throttle the affected feature (for example, pausing new smart actions or uploads) while we talk.
- Only as a last resort, and after notice, we may suspend the account under the Terms of Service. Your data remains exportable.
5. Changes
If we ever need to adjust these ceilings, we'll give notice as described in the Terms of Service, and existing reasonable use won't be pulled out from under you.
