We've published Petwise360's pricing: a genuinely useful Free plan, Single from $2.39 a month billed annually, Family — with the full Intelligence & Automation Pack included — from $3.99, and every price frozen until 1 January 2028.

Loyalty runs the right way around here: your discount grows the longer you stay, and the first 250 founding households get everything free through 2026 and the top loyalty rate for as long as their subscription runs. There's also a plain-English fair use policy — the deal that keeps the prices this small.

GPS walk tracking arrives in the mobile app

The Petwise360 mobile app can now record your walks and runs with your phone's GPS: route map, distance, duration, and speed, measured properly on our servers rather than trusted from the phone. One walk can be shared across several dogs from the same household, with a per-dog distance estimate based on how much each one explored.

It is privacy-first by design: recording only runs during a session you start and stop, background tracking is optional, and your routes belong to your household alone. The feature is in testing now and covered in our updated Privacy Policy.

Our policies are public, and they are worth reading

We published the full Petwise360 policy set: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Cookie Notice, Support Policy, and an AI Disclaimer.

The headlines: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of any charge, your identifiable data deleted within 7 days if you close your account, no advertising or analytics trackers, and 30 days' notice of any price change. We wrote them to be read, not scrolled past.

The iOS companion app reaches TestFlight

The Petwise360 mobile companion app for iOS is now in TestFlight testing. It is built for the on-the-go moments: quick logging, your pet's essentials in your pocket, and secure sign-in to the same household as the web app.

The web app is in private testing

The full Petwise360 web app is running in private testing: pet records, feeding and nutrition logging, exercise, health records and medications, tasks and reminders, household sharing, insights, and the breed and food reference library. We are polishing hard with real households before opening the doors.
