Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This notice explains what Petwise360 uses them for. The short version: we use strictly necessary cookies only, and no analytics or advertising tracking.
1. What we use
The website and app use strictly necessary technologies required for security, authentication, session management, checkout, billing, account access, fraud prevention, and service operation:
- Session cookies on petwise360.com that keep you signed in to gated areas of the website.
- Authentication cookies in the app, set by our sign-in provider Clerk, that keep your account session secure.
- Payment cookies during checkout, set by Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention.
The Petwise360 mobile app stores your session in your device's secure storage rather than cookies.
2. What we do not use
Petwise360 does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising tracking tools on its public website or in the app. There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and no sale of data collected by cookies.
3. If that changes
Petwise360 reserves the right to introduce analytics, performance, or similar tools in the future, subject to applicable privacy and cookie laws. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice, consent options, or cookie controls before using non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because everything we set is strictly necessary, blocking cookies will prevent signing in and checkout from working.
