Founding 250 Program Terms

Version 2026-07-27.2 · effective July 27, 2026

The Founding 250 program gives up to 250 households everything Petwise360 can do, free, throughout 2026 — in exchange for being genuine early users of a product still in beta. These terms are the deal, stated plainly. They supplement (not replace) our Terms of Service, the Household Owner Agreement, and the policies those incorporate.

How you join. The household owner accepts these terms explicitly, in the app, as a separate step. Creating an account does not enrol you, and we do not treat "you signed up, so you agreed" as acceptance. We record which version you accepted and when, and a founding place is not granted without that record.

1. What you're joining

2. Your part of the deal

The program is a beta research arrangement. You get the product free for a year; we get to find out what a real household thinks of it while it is still cheap to change. Being reachable is the whole point, so it is the one thing we ask for.

2a. What founder email is, and what it is not

We want to be precise here, because "we'll email you sometimes" can hide a lot.

Turning marketing email off never costs you anything. Your founder status, your lifetime rate, your free 2026, and your account are completely unaffected by your marketing preferences. You can change them whenever you like in Settings. Nothing in this program is conditional on consenting to be marketed to.

If you no longer want founder research email, you can leave the program by telling us at support@petwise360.com. Your account and data continue exactly as before, and you keep any free access already granted for 2026; what ends is founder status and the lifetime rate that goes with it. That is the trade the program is built on, and it is the only email preference that affects it.

3. What being a founder earns you

Founders hold the top loyalty rate for the life of one continuous subscription — currently at least 55% off annual billing, as shown on the pricing page — from their very first paid year, instead of earning it over three years.

"For life" means the life of the subscription, not the life of the account. We say it that way everywhere, because the alternative reading would be a promise we could not keep. Keep your subscription running and the rate never goes up. Let it lapse and you rejoin at the ordinary rate, starting the loyalty clock from the beginning like anyone else.

When 2026 ends, nothing happens automatically. Paid billing begins in 2027, and you choose whether to subscribe — we never auto-convert you or charge a card we don't have. If you choose not to subscribe, the free plan remains available and your data stays yours.

What counts as continuous. Your subscription is continuous while it is paid through, including any period you have already paid for after cancelling and any short retry window while a payment is being reattempted. It lapses when that runs out without a successful payment. The Subscription Terms give the exact rule.

Being a founder is permanent; the rate is what you keep or lose. If your subscription lapses, our records still show you were one of the Founding 250 and when you joined. That is a fact about the past and we do not erase it. What ends is the benefit.

4. Your data during the beta

Beta or not, your data gets our full production protections: the Privacy Policy applies in full, including the 7-day deletion promise if you close your account, and no advertising or analytics trackers. Please still keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — that is good advice for any beta. If we ever ended the beta or the product, we would give you notice and a window to export your data first.

5. Feedback belongs to the product

You own your data; ideas are different. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used to improve Petwise360 freely and without obligation or attribution. (It would feel strange to owe royalties on "the button should be bigger" — this clause just says so formally.)

6. The usual, still true in beta

Petwise360 is not a veterinary service, and nothing in it — including Intelligence & Automation features — is veterinary, medical, or emergency advice (see the AI Disclaimer). The Terms of Service, Fair Use Policy, and Support Policy all apply. Support during the beta is best-effort under the Support Policy.

7. Changes and contact

If we materially change these program terms, we'll tell founders by email before the change takes effect. Questions: support@petwise360.com.
